| The Beer House Club Florence, Italy The Beer Club House of Florence is the inner cities soul Brew Pub and a pure diamond in the rough of the surrounding beautiful architecture. The pub highlights an absolutely intriguing range of bottled craft beers from all over Italy as well as small and large craft breweries from around the world. That’s not even the beginning the large chalk board menu of their taps and cask line (that’s right Italian cask ale) takes up the entire side of the bar, listing off their over 20 taps and 3 hand pulls that they have on at any one given time. The menu included a few brews of their own (recommended!!) and a very diverse range of draft beer from breweries not even I have herd of from across Europe. The cellar keeping of all the line was flawless. Along with the fantastic beers The Beer Club House also has a truly intriguing food menu with bar food that would be best describe as Italian American bar food that matched with the best in craft beer is a perfect combo Owned by a group of friends and colleagues that have made a bar atmosphere similar to walking into your friend’s house. Being brewers themselves the bar staff is truly knowledgeable about every product that they offer and every brewery. These Entrepreneurs are constant collaborating and knowledge sharing with other organizations in and out of the industry, that may explain to some degree that amazing quality and perfection of their products, the pub service and atmosphere. All of the staff and owners I talked to were more than happy to chat with me, event those who didn’t speak English, which made for an interesting conversation, with much use of sound effects and hand signals (jokes). The real attraction and defining aspect that makes me want to go back to The Beer Club House is the Fantastic Beer and the inviting atmosphere. If you’re going to Florence you would be doing missing out if you didn’t make your way to The Beer Club House for a pint or two.
